RISE for Yourself, RISE For Your Community

With the strength of the most goal-oriented, tight-knit, community-focused group we can name, we're once again asking you, our fellow RISERs, to RISE to the occasion for yourselves and for the greater Glen Ellyn community. While we know we're heading into the holiday season, we also know you rock stars will stay dedicated to your health and wellness. So, from November 15th through December 15th, we are RISING FOR PADS, a DuPage county organization working to provide interim and permanent shelter, support services and help end homelessness and hunger.

For every RISER that attends 15 studio or Zoom classes between these dates, RISE will make a $10 donation to PADS. All RISERs to hit the goal of 15 classes will be entered into a raffle to win a $50 credit to RISE! In a season of giving, we are spreading our gratitude by supporting DuPage PADS. "At home, with my family, and at RISE, I practice gratitude daily for all we are able to do - physically with our bodies in class, mentally and emotionally as I have seen RISERs lift each other up countless times and also gratitude for the community RISE is lucky enough to be located in," says Katelyn Kaese, RISE owner and instructor. "Beyond that, my personal gratitude for being able to make it through the ups and downs of the past year and the support of each and every RISER continues to lift me up each day. Where I know I am so lucky, I love to take opportunities to give back when I can." From November 15th through December 15th, we will also be collecting items in the Studio from PADS wish list. Click here to make purchases directly from the list. Yet another way to give back is Giving Tuesday on November 30th. Join RISE Fitness & Cycle in Glen Ellyn on Giving Tuesday in any of our studio or Zoom classes, and we will donate $1 for every person taking a class to DuPage PADS. Sign up for classes through www.riseglenellyn.com by clicking on schedule. If you are unable to attend, but would still like to donate, please use this link www.DuPagePads.org.
