Do you offer any specials for new clients?

As a first-time client, you can purchase either a 3-pack of classes for $30 or a monthly, unlimited pass for $99 to try in-person and virtual classes at all studios. Please email us to activate these deals.

I want to do the monthly auto-pay.  How do I sign up?

If you are on your computer, click here. Otherwise, you can purchase in person at the RISE Studio; just visit the front desk!
Auto-renew memberships are not available on mobile devices or through the RISE app - send us an email at to get set up.

What do I need to bring to class?

Plan to bring a water bottle, a towel and a yoga mat, if you have one. If you forget something we have water and mats available for purchase.

where should i start with my first rise class?

Pick something that works for your schedule and sounds like something you enjoy! We recommend that you take advantage of our variety of classes by incorporating cardio, strength and stretching into your weekly fitness regimen. Please feel free to speak to anyone on the RISE team about your goals and the best way for you to reach them. There is truly no wrong way to RISE!

What else do I need to know for my first class?

If possible, please print and fill out our studio waiver and bring with you to class.  Click here for waiver.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time so we can get to know you, have you fill out paperwork, and show you around the studio.

Can I come to RISE if I'm pregnant or recovering from an injury?

YES YOU CAN. Every class at RISE is designed to challenge you at every level. We offer modifications for everyone, regardless of experience or physical ability. However, if you have health concerns please clear it with your doctor first and we suggest arriving early to discuss a pregnancy or injury with your Rise coach.

What type of shoes should I wear to your cycle studio?

Our Carbon Blue Schwinn bikes have SPD clips and toe cages on the reverse. Your own cycle shoes with SPD clips or your regular gym shoes are compatible. Peloton brand cycle clips will not clip-in to our Schwinn bikes.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy within 12 hours prior to a reservation is a $10 charge to you. If you have a class-pack, you will lose one class from the pack. Please remember that if you late-cancel from a waitlisted class you are truly preventing a fellow Riser from participating.

How often should I come to RISE to see results, and what classes should I take?

Every client is different, so there's no set formula for results. We recommend that you take advantage of our classes by incorporating cardio, strength and stretching into your weekly fitness regimen. Please feel free to reach out to your favorite instructor or speak to anyone on the RISE team about your goals and the best way for you to reach them.

do you offer virtual classes?

Yes - our classes are offered virtually via a live Zoom option or a Rise Replay option. To sign up for a virtual class, select the Zoom option on our class schedule. You will receive a link to join the class live about an hour before class. If you choose to attend live, use that link at the start time of class. When class is over, you will receive a link to a recording of class allowing you to take the Rise Replay at your convenience!
