What motivates you? I like to be able to do things. Getting out of the house and being active motivates me. Plus being around positive people. And Katelyn is one of the most positive people ever. You can't quit when she is motivating you and makes you laugh. You think, "Okay, I can do five more." What are your short-term and long-term workout goals? In the short term, to get in and do it! I want to be able to do it. In the long term, I want to stay in shape so that I can cont
