EXCITING FALL 2017 SCHEDULE CHANGES

Back to school means back to you! And RISE Fitness + RISE Cycle Glen Ellyn is excited to announce some exciting changes to our fall 2017 schedule, in addition to the classes you have grown to love. This includes our early am classes! 

 

RISE Fitness + RISE Cycle has taken your requests, and we will be offering the following classes beginning August 28: 

 

  • Cardio boxing each Wednesday and Friday morning. Yes! You read that right! You asked for it, so we are giving it to you! 

  • RISE Cycle class at 6:30am on Fridays. This class will be just 45 minutes. Come in, burn some calories, sweat it out, and start your weekend feeling great. 

  • Cardio dance at 6:30pm! This will launch in a test phase to garner demand. If you want to drop it like it's hot, don't forget to sign up!

  • Monday RISE Cycle class at 1pm. This is a piloted time to determine interest. If you want to see this afternoon cycle class stay on the schedule, be sure to reserve your bike.
