How do I sign up for classes?

You can download our RISE FITNESS app on any mobile device or you can sign up on our website,, and head to the SCHEDULE + SIGN-UP page. If you are new to the studio, you’ll be prompted to create a username and password.  After that,

select a class/package for purchase, and you’re all set.

Do you offer any specials for new clients?

We sure do!  As a first-time client, you can purchase either a 3-pack of classes for $40 or a monthly, unlimited pass for $99.

DO you have childcare?

Yes, we do and we love your children like they're ours.  We have RISE moms that help out in our Kids' Room.  We do limit the number of children in the Kids' Room to keep everyone safe and healthy. You can sign your children up online at or through our RISE app.  Childcare is $3 per child per session, or you can buy a 10-class pack for multiple children for $27. If you have any questions or need assistance, we are happy to help.

I want to do the monthly auto-pay.  How do I sign up?

Auto-renew memberships are not available on mobile devices or through the RISE app at this time.

What do I need to bring to class?

Plan to bring a water bottle, a towel and a yoga mat, if you have one.  We do have gear for sale here if you need anything.  Come dressed in comfortable workout clothes. In most of our classes, you'll wear tennis shoes. However, in our Cycle studio you can wear tennis shoes or Cycling shoes, since our Carbon Blue Schwinn bikes have SPD clips and toe cages on the reverse.  For the Barre and Fusion classes, it's up to you on whether you wear shoes or sticky socks. No matter what, we have you covered.


Expect to sweat and have a ton of fun! Every class at RISE is designed to challenge you at every level. We offer modifications to intensity for everyone, regardless of experience or ability. Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or concerns prior to class, and feel free to ask any questions before or after class.

What else do I need to know for my first class?

If possible, please print and fill out our studio waiver and bring with you to class.  Click here for waiver.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time so we can get to know you, have you fill out paperwork, and show you around the studio.

Can I come to RISE if I'm pregnant?

Yes, you can.  However, please clear it with your doctor first and bring a doctor’s note with you to class. Please inform your instructor prior to class that you are pregnant. We suggest arriving a little early to discuss modifications with your instructor before class.

What type of shoes should I wear to your cycle studio?

We now have quality cycle shoes available to borrow for your rides. Ask your instructor to assist in finding your size. If you prefer, tennis shoes or your own cycle shoes are perfectly accessible. Our Carbon Blue Schwinn bikes have SPD clips and toe cages on the reverse.

What’s your cancellation policy?

POLICY Changes as of January 1, 2018

We have received feedback that using the wait list to determine whether a late cancellation charge should be processed is confusing and frustrating for our clients as well as our studio operations.  To simplify the process, our class cancellation policy will be changing beginning January 1, 2018.  

The policy will be 12 hours in advance of the class start time regardless of whether or not there is a waitlist.  Therefore, to avoid a fee or deduction of class pack, please cancel out of a class 12 hours prior to the start time.

a) For you our 12-month unlimited members, if you cancel out before the 12-hour late cancel window there is no fee.  If you cancel within that window or fail to show for the class, the fee is $10.  Also, we understand that life happens and that clients miss class for reasons out of their control. Therefore, all 12- month unlimited clients will receive 1 "Life Happens" pass per month that can be used to waive a late fee.  Your first instance during each calendar month will be waived, however, subsequent late cancels that month will be charged accordingly.  Finally, it's important to note that "life happens" passes do not accumulate throughout the year, but reset at the start of each month.


b) For our class pack clients, if you do cancel within the 12-hour window or fail to show for class, instead of a fee, a class will be deducted from your package.


We aim to have the friendliest cancellation policy in the industry.  We have made these changes based on feedback from our clients in an effort to simplify the policy, encourage accountability and be fair to all parties.  Thanks for your feedback and understanding.

How often should I come to RISE to see results, and what classes should I take?

Every client is different, so there's no set formula for results. We recommend that you take advantage of our classes by incorporating cardio, strength and stretching into your weekly fitness regimen. Please feel free to reach out to your favorite instructor or speak to anyone on the RISE team about your goals and the best way for you to reach them.
